Juliaca is a city in the Puno Region, Peru. Juliaca is on the Altiplano, 3825 meters above sea level, close to Lake Titicaca. Inca Manco Cápac International Airport, is situated in the city of Juliaca, thirty minutes from the city of Puno at Titicaca Lake.
